The flagship event of Willoughby City Council’s spring extravaganza – Emerge Festival – is back! Get ready for the 22nd annual StreetFair on Saturday 7 September!

Kicking off at 10am, the Chatswood CBD will spring to life with exciting performances from amazing bands on multiple stages, bustling food stalls lining up the streets, a 700 plus member parade, an interactive zone for kids and so much more!

Emerge Festival celebrates the emergence of spring, new talent, community and our cultural diversity. It’s a jam-packed program of events for little ones, and the young at heart” said Willoughby City Council Mayor Gail Giles-Gidney.

In addition to the annual street parade which sees over 700 community members march, dance and perform in fabulous costumes, eventgoers can look forward to:Magical Lane – children’s fantasy world including unicorn rides, jumping castle and animal farmBig Band Stage – rock out to the North Shore’s best concert and school bandsKidzone Stage – performances from the North Shore’s best dance schoolsRock climbing wall – Victor Street
