Street Paws Festival is finally coming back to the Inner West – it’s back! What are your plans for Saturday the 30th of November? If you didn’t already have plans, you now have plans between 10:30am and 2:30pm. It’s a FREE event, and all are welcome – bring the whole family!
Eddy and Sam with friends Bailey and Gucci at the Street Paws Festival at Addison Road Community Centre. February 2019.
Sponsored by PETstock (our go-to pet shop for food, grooming, accessories and more), Street Paws will once be hosted at the Addison Road Community Centre. Despite being in such a convenient location in the heart of Marrickville, there is plenty of on-site parking in addition to public parking in surrounding streets.
There will be a range of stores catering to the wider pet community, including:
Healthy Everyday Pets – dog food and treats
PETstock – spin the lucky wheel!
Porters 4 Pets – personalised dog items
Sassy Treats Pet Food – home cooked meals and dog treats
Super Dog Chew – natural Himalayan chew
Woof Pack Online – dog treats and enrichment toys
So many fun stalls!large image

Did someone say doggy donuts?!
Best dressed pups in town.
If you and/or dog love to compete, don’t forget to enter them in the:
Old Timer (10 years) Competition @ 11:30am
Talent Competition @ 12:30pm
Best Dressed Competition @ 1:30pm
Best Rescue Dog (Share Your Story) @ 2:20pm
If competitions aren’t quite your thing, take a seat in the audience and watch Emily from Two Oily Ems shave all her hair off in a bid to raise much needed funds for Rescue Hub. Rescue Hub’s goal is to save the lives of rescue dogs on death row, and give them a second (or third or fourth) chance of finding their perfect forever home. All money raised will go towards medical costs and other vet visits, upkeep (e.g. food, bedding), training, and behaviourists. You can donate to their GoFundMe here. If you’re in a position to do so, please help Emily meet her $5000 goal!
Have we convinced you? Will we see you there? If you do end up going and see us, please come up and say hello!
