Given the opportunity to represent our vendor with the sale of their much loved Wollstonecraft park-side penthouse apartment, it was very important for them that the marketing was first class and far reaching. From the outset our vendors entrusted our agency with not only the marketing and sale of the property, we were also heavily involved in the pre-campaign property improvements, including courtyard garden enhancements, internal painting and right through to a full property style package to ensure the response from buyers matched the result we were chasing. The five week auction campaign saw a huge response with 109 buyer inspections and resulted in significant interest on auction day with competition from both down sizers and young families to secure such a rare and tightly held local property.
