It was a pleasure to assist our clients with the sale of their 3 bedroom apartment in Waverton. This particular campaign was a good test for our companies buyer database in a changing Sydney property market, given the complexities of finding a suitable purchaser not requiring lift access from the parking, and the apartment holding strata levies of over $5000 per quarter. This aside, the apartment offers a lovely North / Westerly aspect, with a tree lined outlook out towards Berry Island. A terrific result negotiated, and we were pleased to bring this new building record result to our lovely vendors.
