Born and raised on the Lower North Shore and
specialising in the Crows Nest, Wollstonecraft, Waverton, North Sydney and St
Leonards areas, Emma Bell is a real estate professional on the rise.

She’s a licensed real estate agent with a Bachelor
of Communication (Public Relations) and is currently learning from the best by
working alongside Robert Holmes and Sean St Clair.

Emma discovered the importance of client
relationships in public relations before kicking off her career in real estate in
2020. She started in leasing – helping to drive the growth of the property
management portfolio – before moving to sales where her passion lies. Within
one year, she proved her commitment to the profession by becoming a licensed
real estate agent.

Emma loves meeting everyone at open homes. She combines
her people skills with her attention to detail to foster strong relationships with
vendors and prospective buyers and assist them on their property journeys. She’s
a vital part of Holmes St Clair – an agency she deeply respects due to its
specialised service and modern approach to real estate.

With her head start in an independent agency, Emma
is looking forward to a long, illustrious career. In her spare time, she loves
the beach, snowboarding, Pilates and her kelpie, Red.
