Eddie gained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from University of Southern California in U.S., upon completion of his undergraduate studies in Communication in Hong Kong. He then worked in the Marketing department of a famous British corporate in Hong Kong. Before his migration to Australia with a family of 3 children in 1991, Eddie assisted his family with more than 20 real estate transactions which included residential, commercial and industrial properties.
Over the past 26 years, Eddie and his wife have been running a successful educational consultancy and bookselling business in Sydney, which has helped a large number of new migrants’ children as well as their own children to integrate into and excel in the Australian Education system. Since 2007, Eddie and his wife diversified their education business to property consultancy services, with the goal of assisting the same customers in their next step post-education and growth of wealth. Eddie enhanced his qualifications by completing the Real Estate Agent Licensing Course.
Eddie has a very deep knowledge of the Lower North Shore market and has personally been involved in the purchasing and selling process of around 30 properties, so has an invaluable insight to the entire selling process.
