Binh Johnsun is an integral part of Team Bell, based in the Milsons Point office of Holmes St Clair. Before real estate, Binh spent 25+ years managing major accounts and sales strategies for global technology companies including Lenovo, NEC, Ingram Micro and Kyocera Document Solutions. That corporate background — high-value negotiation, relationship management, protecting value under pressure — is now the edge she brings to every property campaign.
Binh's approach is personal and hands-on. She coordinates every detail of a campaign herself — stylists, photographers, videographers, trades — to ensure a property is presented at its best, and she brings genuine warmth and follow-through to every client relationship along the way.
Binh's own story is one of resilience. Arriving in Australia as a young refugee, she went on to graduate from UNSW with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Marketing and Finance — the foundation for her corporate career, and now for her work in real estate.
What Binh Brings to Your Campaign:
Negotiation & Sales Experience: More than two decades managing high-value corporate accounts gave Binh a strong command of negotiation, relationship management and protecting value — skills she applies to every property transaction.
Hands-On Property Experience: Binh doesn't just sell property; she understands it from an owner's perspective. Having personally managed kitchen renovations and a full knock-down-rebuild, she offers practical insight into the decisions and challenges of preparing and improving a home.
Community Leadership: For more than six years, Binh volunteered in leadership and support roles at Sydney Boys High School, including Communications Coordinator, Defence Approved Helper with the Cadet Unit, and President of the Rowing Parent Committee — experience that reflects her ability to communicate, coordinate and bring people together.
"Stay inquisitive about how things work, surround yourself with interesting, inspiring and supportive people, and always look for ways to do things better." — Binh Johnsun
